What we collect
- Families: name, phone numbers, home address, number and ages of children, allergies or medical notes, emergency contact, care preferences and booking details.
- Babysitters: name, phone number, address, age, experience, availability and hourly rate.
- Calls: calls to our phone line may be recorded and transcribed so we capture details correctly and for quality and safety.
- Payments: your card is collected and stored by Stripe. We only receive a reference to it and the last four digits.
How we use it
- To match families with babysitters and share the details a sitter needs for a job (such as the address, the children's needs and any allergies).
- To call or text you about your booking, and to charge or refund the finder's fee.
- To review sitters, keep everyone safe and improve our service.
Text messages
We send text messages only about bookings and jobs you are involved in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share booking details only with the babysitter assigned to your job, and with the service providers that run our phone, text and payment systems (Twilio and Stripe), who process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile and booking history while you use our service, and delete it on request unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
