The first time you call, we set up your family profile by phone in about two minutes. After that, booking takes seconds.
You call
Call (732) 936-7696 and choose a sitter now or for a later date. Returning families are recognized by their phone number.
We find a sitter
Our system calls screened sitters near you at the same time. The first available sitter accepts the job.
You're confirmed
We call you back with your sitter's name and rate. The sitter gets your address and any allergy or care notes.
Simple pricing
One flat finder's fee. No subscription, no sign-up cost.
- A flat $10 finder's fee per booking, charged to your card only when a sitter is confirmed.
- If we can't find a sitter, you pay nothing.
- You pay your babysitter directly, at their hourly rate, which we tell you when you book.
- Your card is entered on your phone keypad and stored securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or keep your full card number.

When am I charged?
Only after a sitter is confirmed for your job. If no sitter is found, there is no charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Call us, or press 4 at the main menu. Cancel at least 2 hours before the start time for a full refund of the finder's fee. See our cancellation and refund policy.
How do I pay the sitter?
Directly, in cash or however you agree with them. Easy Sitters only charges the $10 finder's fee.
Can I speak to a person?
Yes. Press 0 at the main menu to reach our office, or leave a message and we'll call you back.
